Jim Hopple, CCIMCCIM

Jim Hopple, CCIM Jim is a native of Greenville attending Wofford College and graduating from Newberry College with a BS in Business Administration. After graduating Jim owned and operated two foreign car parts businesses in Greenville for more than 10 years.

Jim began his real estate career in 1987 with the Wm. Goldsmith Co. in Greenville SC. In 2002 the Goldsmith Co. merged with Colliers Keenan with offices in all major cities in SC. Jim was in charge of the retail services division for the Greenville office.

Jim has been involved in the sales/leasing of retail, land, apartments, shopping centers, industrial properties and investment properties. Some of his past clients include: BB&T, Suntrust, Big Lots, Michelin, Bi-Lo, Dollar General, Rent-A-Center, H&R Block, Sherwin Williams, State Farm, American Express, and Dominos.

Jim received his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 1987. Jim has served as Chairman of the Greenville commercial division and as a director of the Greenville Association of Realtors, director for the United Way real estate committee, and the Newberry College board of alumni directors. Jim was named Commercial Realtor of the year in 1993 by the Greenville Association of Realtors and has been Colliers Keenan top producer in 2002 and 2008.


Rodger E. Willoughby

Rodger E. Willoughby Rodger began his commercial real estate career in 1986. He successfully managed over 1,000 major real estate projects throughout his 17-year corporate career in the United States, Canada and Mexico. His positions ranged from Field Real Estate Representative at B.F. Goodrich to Director of Real Estate at Michelin, North America. Rodger's major corporate accomplishments include the consolidation of Michelin's distribution center network from 47 to 22 facilities and the disposition of three closed tire manufacturing plants. Other accomplishments include the sale of 50 retail stores, which remained after the disposition of the B.F. Goodrich retail tire store chain; relocation of the Uniroyal Goodrich primary R&D Complex; and the development of numerous distribution centers throughout the United States and Canada.

Rodger left Michelin and joined Colliers Keenan as a commercial real estate agent and immediately began to focus on corporate services, investment properties and Not-for-Profit organizations. After six years, Rodger left Colliers Keenan to start the Keystone Commercial Group that provides commercial real estate services throughout Upstate South Carolina.

He held a real estate license in Ohio for eight years prior to being licensed as a real estate broker in South Carolina. He is active with several Not-for-Profit organizations, including his service to Christ the King Lutheran Church and serving on the Eastside YMCA Board of Advisors.

Rodger has been active in the International Development Research Council (IDRC); Core Net Global, SC Chapter; International Asset Management Council (IAMC); South Carolina Association of Realtors (SCAR): and Greater Greenville Association of Realtors (GGAR).
